The SABA is an association governed by the law of July 1st 1901, and the decree of August
16th 1901, the statuses of which deposited on March 1st 1989 are appeared to the J.O. on
March 29th 1989.
More than 300 members of any previous history, railway amateurs but also many persons
attached to the local heritage and to the history of Bas-Berry.
